Terms of Service

leadmaps, by Auradevs · Last updated: 18 June 2026

The short version. You get a license to use leadmaps for your own lead generation. Use it lawfully and respect the sites and services it touches. It's provided "as is", and you use it at your own risk.

1. Agreement

By installing or using leadmaps (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your own lead-generation purposes on machines you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or open-source the Software or your license, or remove any proprietary notices.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your data & accounts

The Software stores your connection tokens only on your own computer and sends the leads only to the destination you choose. We do not receive your leads or credentials. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

Keyless "Sign in with Notion/Google" relies on a hosted auth broker. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Local destinations (CSV/Excel/PDF) work regardless.

6. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that results will be complete or accurate, or that the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auradevs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to the Software or its use.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions? Contact us at the email listed on our product/support page.
